STAFF-16332 - USA (Ontario, California) - Behavioral Health Intervention Specialist Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health intervention specialist services to the government authority located in Ontario, CA. – Provide Behavioral Health Intervention Specialists (BHIS) to support students experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.– Services shall support student wellness, school engagement, attendance improvement, and social–emotional learning, and shall be available to all enrolled students.– Open Student Access: BHIS shall be present and available to students during wellness center hours to help them address immediate concerns, build coping and problem–solving skills, and access school or community resources, with appropriate continuity of contact over time.– Structured Group Support: Proposer shall provide structured group support delivered as a planned series over multiple sessions in consideration with site personnel and referrals, including individual support as indicated and ongoing progress monitoring, to provide sustained intervention beyond a single contact. –  Care Coordination and Escalation: BHIS shall coordinate with District staff and student support teams and shall identify and escalate students presenting needs beyond the tier 1, non–clinical scope to appropriate licensed or higher–level care in accordance with district protocols.– BHIS shall be accessible to students directly during center hours, as well as through coordination with district staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
