(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Arcadia, CA.                             – Providing investment advisory services for its investment portfolios.– Investment advisor to be highly experienced, a leader and innovator in investment management, and able to provide comprehensive investment advisory and portfolioaccounting services.– Investment Policy shall apply to all financial assets of the City as accounted for in the City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, except for retirement funds held in trusts.– All cash shall be pooled for investment purposes.– The investment income derived from the pooled investment account shall be allocated to the contributing funds based upon the proportion of the respective balances relative to the total pooled balance in the investment portfolio.– Investment income shall be distributed to the individual funds monthly.– Preservation of capital and protection of investment principal.– Maintenance of sufficient liquidity to meet anticipated cash flows.– Attainment of a market rate of return.– Diversification to avoid incurring unreasonable market risks.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
