EXTRA-73526 - USA (Washington, DC) - Pathways Program Administrative Support Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pathways program administrative support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.      – To provide administrative support services for agency–approved Pathways Program activities.– To secure a Contractor capable of providing administrative and logistical support necessary to facilitate the implementation of agency–directed program activities.– Services under this contract include administrative planning, implementation support, vendor coordination, procurement support, logistical coordination, documentation, and other administrative functions required to support agency –approved activities.– Each cohort is anticipated to serve up to thirty participants and shall have an approximate duration of twelve weeks (four months), unless otherwise.– Program Administration– Activity Planning and Coordination– Activity Implementation and Coordination– Vendor Administrative Support– Promotional Ceremony Administrative Support– Logistics and Coordination– Event Materials and Professional Attire Coordination– Media Services– Reporting and Documentation(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
