DRA-11589 - USA (Ann Arbor, Michigan) - Public Engagement and Alternatives Analysis Service - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public engagement and alternatives analysis service to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI. – For public engagement, alternatives analysis, schematic design, early preliminary engineering, and cost estimation services.– The core of this project is facilitating a comprehensive public process and alternatives analysis to determine the preferred trail route along an approximately 1–mile, highly constrained section– Public process and analysis will establish the basis of design, which the consultant will then advance to 30% preliminary engineering plans– These plans, and the reports generated through this process, will be used to support construction grant applications, future detailed engineering, and permitting. – Completion of the work requires expertise and creativity in public engagement, civil engineering, non–motorized trail bridge design, landscape architecture, environmental permitting, traffic studies, and constructability analysis.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
