(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting solution and content management system.• Vendors to design, develop, implement, host, and support a new institutional website built on a modern Content Management System (CMS)• Create a new website from the ground up rather than redesign or re–skin its current site, with the objective of delivering an accessible, mobile–first, and sustainable digital presence that serves the agency diverse audiences and supports enrollment growth and program discovery.• Solution that addresses discovery and research, information architecture, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, CMS selection and configuration, content migration, accessibility validation, hosting, security, training, and ongoing post–launch support.• A collaborative partner that can effectively engage with internal stakeholders, leverage best practices from higher education and the public sector, and deliver a sustainable solution that can be managed by non–technical staff over the long term(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
