EXTRA-76462 - USA (Rome, New York) - Unmanned Aircraft System Test Site and SkyDome Service - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unmanned aircraft system test site and skydome services to the government authority located in Rome, NY.– Performing all technical, testing and reporting requirements of the test site operator as detailed in the other transaction agreement between the agency and the owner on behalf of the owner, including but not limited to safety consultants, operations consultants, and pilots.– Coordinating daily flight–test activities.– Maintaining communications with appropriate airport personnel.– Preparing testing areas for scheduled activities.– Flight–test support.– Airport coordination.– Communicating operating restrictions.– Customer and visitor management.– SkyDome testing support.– SkyDome equipment operations.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
