(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage concession service to the government authority located in Memphis, TN. – Provide a qualified and experienced food and beverage operator to manage, operate, and maintain a full–service restaurant, bar, and catering concession.– Operate a full–service restaurant with breakfast (optional), lunch, dinner, and beverage servicewith all menus approved by the city.– Provide grab–and–go concessions for golfers, including beverages, snacks, and simple hot food items.– During construction, the proposer shall work with the clubhouse architect and contractor to ensure– Operational efficiency in the following areas:– Kitchen layout– Bar and service area configuration– Point–of–sale (pos) system placement– Storage and prep space– Patio dining flow(2) The contract period will be for ten years.
