Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pbgfl PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. To enhance pedestrian safety, the City has secured funding through the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) to develop a cycle track along with essential roadway and pedestrian improvements, including sidewalk upgrades, on Gardens Parkway.
