QUALITY-3017 - USA (Normal, Illinois) - Radon Measurement and Testing Professional Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide radon measurement and testing professional services to the government authority located in Normal, IL.A. Radon Testing Services: The Contractor shall work with the Town and homeowner(s) to performradon testing pre– and post–mitigation, as appropriate.B. Radon Report: For each test performed, the Contractor shall provide a detailed summary of thefindings including location(s) tested, interval results, and final average.C. Billing and Reporting: The Contractor shall support all payment requests and submit reportsthrough the Town’s Neighborly portal. This requires the Contractor to create a portal as a TownContractor.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
