(1) Vendor needs to provide arborist and land surveying services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA. • Reviewing Tentative Parcel and Tract Maps and Certificate of Exception (lot line adjustment) applications and maps.• Reviewing surveys, legal descriptions, plat maps, chain of titles, grant deeds, and related legal instruments.• Coordinating revisions, corrections, and needs for additional information directly with the project applicants and City staff.• Preparation letters acknowledging a projects compliance with Subdivision Map Act, and any applicable conditions of approval to achieve compliance.• Assistance with general subdivision questions that may arise and the review of related documents.• Provide letter reports summarizing the findings of tree evaluations.• Conduct inspections, as requested to help identify tree species, size, and assess tree risk and health.• Recommendations for replacement trees in the case of removal, if requested by staff.• Plan check reviews to determine if the appropriate tree protection measures are in place.• Recommendations for new or additional tree protection measures, if necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
