(1) Vendor needs to provide catering and events linen rental service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– The resulting contract will be utilized by multiple Zoo departments, including Catering, Events, and Food & Beverage– Internal events: The Zoo hosted 238 internal events in 2025 and 267 in 2024. About 50% required table linens, and about 95% required cloth napkins.– Private events: The Zoo averages 240 per year.• Historical spend: Event linen rental totaled approximately $91,000 in calendar 2025 and approximately $51,100 from January through October 2026.– Order frequency: Busy month average 14–16 deliveries. January through March can be as few as 3–5 deliveries per month.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
