RFQ #02-27-03 - 5-Year Airport Consulting Services

The City of Keene intends to conduct a five-year, multi-project qualifications-based selection for airport architectural, engineering, environmental and related professional services at Dillant-Hopkins Airport (EEN). The selection will be conducted in accordance with 49 U.S.C. §47107(a)(17), 2 CFR Part 200, FAA AC 150/5100-14E, applicable FAA Airport Improvement Program requirements, NHDOT State Block Grant requirements, and City procurement policies. Selection will be based solely on qualifications. No consultant fee or pricing information will be requested or considered prior to ranking the most-qualified firm. Individual project scopes and fees will be negotiated as projects are initiated and supported by independent fee estimates. The City reserves the right to separately procure any project or service identified in the RFQ.
