(1) Vendor needs to provide underwriter services for 2026 water revenue refunding bonds to the government authority located in South Pasadena, CA.– Serve as underwriter for the issuance of its water revenue refunding bonds– Prepare preliminary interest rate scales and projected refunding savings for the 2026 Bonds– Assist the City and financing team in evaluating financing alternatives and structuring options designed to maximize cash flow savings while maintaining flexibility and marketability.– Recommend optimal debt structures, maturities, couponing, call provisions, and redemption features consistent with the City’s objectives.– Assist in the development of a credit ratings strategy and presentation materials to achieve the highest possible rating outcome.– Assist the financing team in assessing the benefits of credit enhancement for the bonds.– Review the transaction legal documents, including Resolutions, Indentures, and Escrow Agreements, and provide comments as appropriate– Monitor municipal market conditions and provide updates to the City and financing team throughout the transaction process, as appropriate(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
