(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted operational technology threat detection and asset visibility platform.– Provide continuous, passive monitoring, asset inventory, vulnerability awareness, and cybersecurity threat detection across the industrial control system (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) environments that operate our critical infrastructure.– Initial setup implementation of SaaS and migration of prior data and records to SaaS.– Passive discovery of all IP–connected OT/ICS devices, including PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, historians, engineering workstations, network switches, and IT/OT boundary devices– Cloud–hosted management console, or hybrid, and how sensor data is transmitted and secured in transit.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 2, 2026 (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026
