Dinghy Dock Removal

The City operates a small mooring field in the North Basin which includes a floating Bellingham dock - approximately 700 square feet - used for land access and dinghy tie ups. The mooring field has been closed for several years and the dock has fallen into disrepair. Tropical Storm Debbie has caused significant damage to the dock resulting in the dock needing to be removed and discarded. The existing concrete pilings shall remain in place and only the dock itself needs to be dismantled and hauled out of the water. No demolition of the dock shall take place over water.
