(1) Vendor needs to provide EMS medical director services to the government authority located in Lockport, NY. • Provide clinical direction and oversight for the agency program:– Provide input and review of all approved clinical policies, procedures and protocols.– Availability to include direct online medical control and support for agency providers.– Being the medical director on record for agency.• Clinical performance: evaluate and oversee EMS system performance related to all patient care:– Establish, implement, revise, and authorize the use of system–wide protocols, polices, and procedures for all patient care activities through triage, treatment, transport, and/or non–transport.– Perform ongoing evaluation of EMS program effectiveness by collecting and evaluating data related to required program goals.– Report on the clinical aspects of the quality of care being provided and identifying areas where improvement is needed.• Quality management and education:– Monitor quality of care through clinical oversight of and participation in agency quality improvement programs.– As part of the quality improvement program, when available, report patient outcomes to agency.– Review and evaluate, as appropriate, the clinical practice of agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
