(1) Vendor needs to provide community violence intervention service to the government authority located in Washington. – Provide implementing a comprehensive suite of community violence intervention services.– Hospital–Based Violence Intervention Program (HVIP):• Bedside crisis intervention and trauma response.• Safety planning and immediate stabilization services.– Intensive Case Management and Mentoring:• Long–term supportive relationships for justice–involved and gang–exposed youth and young Adults.• Individualized service planning and goal–setting.• Life skills development and positive identity formation.• Family engagement and support system strengthening.– Conflict Mediation and Retaliation Prevention:• Group–level dispute resolution and peace–making.• Intervention in escalating conflicts to prevent retaliatory violence.• Facilitation of community dialogues and restorative processes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
