(1) Vendor needs to provide parks security services to the government authority located in Dothan, AL. 1. September through April: • During this time of year when agency is not open, the guard should continue to base his operation out of vehicle, and always remain visible, the patrolling guard shall always be in uniform.– Upon reporting for duty, the guard should check in at the agency office to see if there is a need to perform any special duties, such as turning on and off ball field lights.– Guard should check with the building supervisor to find out the approximate closing time so that doors can be checked before the building supervisor leaves for the night.– When there are soccer and football games going on in the park, the guard should remain around the fields, periodically walking around each one.• During football and soccer season, the guard shall remain around the fields, periodically walking around each one. – Guard should check with the supervisor at the field regarding any problems. • During the winter, guards should ride through the park and check through the buildings each hour. – On weekends, guards should remain in the building most of the time while it is busy.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
