(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services to the government authority located in Lynbrook, NY.• The Agency seeks a search partner with demonstrated success conducting comprehensive superintendent searches, engaging stakeholders, recruiting outstanding educational leaders, and assisting boards of education in assessing and selecting candidates.– Community Engagement• Develop a thorough understanding of the agency and its priorities.• Conduct stakeholder surveys and focus groups.• Analyze stakeholder feedback and prepare a leadership profile identifying the desired qualifications and characteristics of the next Superintendent.– Communication• Work with the District’s public relations firm and District representatives.• Provide regular updates to the Agency throughout the search process while maintaining appropriate confidentiality for candidates and proceedings.– Recruitment• Develop and implement a robust, thorough, and active recruitment strategy designed to attract a broad and competitive pool of high–quality, experienced candidates.• Recruit high–quality, experienced candidates with demonstrated expertise in educational leadership, community engagement, and fiscal stewardship.– Assessment and Vetting• Conduct a rigorous candidate assessment process beyond resume review and traditional interviews.• Verify credentials, employment history, references, and professional accomplishments.• Assess each candidate's demonstrated record of success in instructional leadership, fiscal(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
