(1) Vendor needs to provide camera system replacement and related services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.• Replace approximately 50 exterior cameras and 150 interior cameras with 8–megapixel exterior cameras and 4–megapixel interior cameras • Provide recording capacity based on one 8–channel appliance, five 16–channelappliances, five 32–channel appliances, and one 64–channel appliance, or an alternative architecture that supports the documented camera count and equivalent operational outcomes.• Provide storage capacity based on twenty 8–terabyte drives and one 4–terabyte drive, or an alternative configuration that supports the documented camera count and complies with the election video–surveillance retention requirements • Include replacement of interior and exterior cameras; up to 16 new cable runs; installation and configuration of recording appliances and storage; camera alignment and focusing; system testing; and user training.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
