Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen die Lieferung und Montage von hochwärmedämmenden Aluminium-Fenstern, Außentüren und Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden inkl. der erforderlichen Verglasungen, Beschläge sowie sicherheits- und funktionsrelevanten Ausstattungen. Ergänzend hierzu sind außenliegende, motorisch betriebene Sonnenschutzanlagen (Raffstores) einschließlich Steuerungs- und Witterungstechnik vorgesehen. Weiterhin gehören Aluminium-Fensterbänke sowie Laibungs- und Deckenverkleidungen mit entsprechender Unterkonstruktion zum Leistungsumfang. Neben den reinen Bauleistungen sind auch Planungs- und Nebenleistungen, wie Werk- und Montageplanung, Bemusterung sowie provisorische Verschlüsse während der Bauphase enthalten. Abschließend umfasst das Leistungsverzeichnis auch die Wartung und Inspektion der eingebauten Fenster-, Tür-, Fassaden- und Sonnenschutzsysteme.
