(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, OK.– Wash and sanitize all toilets, toilet seats, urinals, showers and sinks with non–scratch disinfectant cleaner.– Clean and disinfect all showers, including floors, walls, faucets and handrails.– Remove stains, descale toilets, urinals and sinks.– Clean glass doors, windows, and windowsills. – Clean glass interior and exterior doors. – Spot clean interior glass doors and windows. – Clean horizontal surfaces with appropriate cleaners.– Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.– Clean all mirrors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
