(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS service to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA. – Provide campus and building GIS for space visualization, management, and wayfinding services.– Acquire ArcGIS Indoors licensing and establish a fully functional, customized ArcGIS Indoors platform tailored.– Migrate existing space viewer data and functionality to ArcGIS indoors maps and ArcGIS Indoors Spaces, ensuring continuity of operations.– Implement contractor–led facility surveys, data analysis, and system buildout in indoors information model and best practices.– Create accurate, floor–aware indoor maps for priority facilities with validated data.– Enable space management, occupancy visualization, space assignment, and space planning capabilities for engineering and capital asset management.– Deploy integrated Survey123 tools for data collection and maintenance workflows.– Establish and deploy Kiosk wayfinding system simultaneously with core platform, providing patient–friendly navigation and operational support.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) This bid is set aside for service–disabled veteran owned small business.
