(1) Vendor needs to provide coffee services and supplies to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – Purchase and delivery of coffee and supplies, as well as the burners and servicing of all provided equipment. – Provide service, repair and maintenance a on as needed basis, this should include checking coffee makers during each visit to ensure they are in proper working condition, if not, fix or replace coffee makers immediately or as otherwise agreed.– Provide equipment such as burners for brewing and grinding coffee. – Coffee makers are to include hot water dispensers for designated units only, as specified.– All specified coffee machines located in the agency shall be equipped with the necessary fittings and connections to connect directly to agency.– Coffee and coffee supplies will be ordered as needed by various facilities and departments.– Selected service and supply provider will be required to accept credit cards and provide delivery of products ordered within 1–3 days from order date to the ordering facility.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
