EDUCATION-17415 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Paratransit Eligibility Determinations and Travel Training Services - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit eligibility determinations and travel training services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Provision of a turnkey process for receipt of customer applications, followed by the efficient, accurate, consistent and compliant assessment of paratransit applicant needs.– Include a written application, 100% face–to–face interview, an assessment of applicant abilities and a validation of medical or other supporting information for each applicant.– Provision of supporting IT systems, management and staffing to process applications, evaluate applicants within the required timeframes and to produce the necessary reports related to those functions.– Written application development and design.– Written application screening.– Paratransit interview and assessment scheduling.– Paratransit certification appointment.– Paratransit interview.– Mobility assessment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8,2026.(3) A non mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
