(1) Vendor needs to provide suicide and crisis lifeline promoting awareness media campaign service. • Development, distribution, and other information for quality improvement and federal reporting of the state–level media campaign promoting awareness of the suicide and crisis lifeline for the agency.• Provide access to affordable, high–quality mental health and substance use disorder prevention and treatment services, including access to the national suicide prevention lifeline.• Campaign shall include account management, campaign planning and creative production, media buying and placement, and evaluation for federal reporting and quality improvement.• Provide a strategic campaign approach and relevant portfolio examples for a social media campaign, traditional advertising campaign, and physical assets, including, but not limited to, wallet cards, stickers, posters, and magnets.• Provide a plan to collect and report data for federal reporting and evaluation, to include campaign reach, targeted populations, and comparisons between 988 demand and campaign presence on a quarterly basis.• The goal of the campaign is to increase public knowledge of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, 988, and access to free, confidential support for people or people supporting loved ones in distress or crisis.• Ensure all digital images, infographics, social media assets, videos, and downloadable electronic files (PDFs) are 508 compliant prior to Agency final sign–off.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
