(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate property management software.– Maintenance of a comprehensive real estate management software solution to effectively manage a diverse real estate portfolio. – The City’s real estate portfolio includes all types of facilities required to support basic government services, such as parks, police stations, fire stations, libraries, maintenance yards, and administrative buildings as well as two airports.– Provide application functionality to dynamically create, manage, and apply different Letterhead header text to be applied to generated reports and letters across all modules.– Provide full bidirectional integration with the SAP Accounts Payable (AP) module, including real–time and batch synchronization of vendor master data, invoices, payment statuses, purchase orders, approval workflows, general ledger coding, and audit records.– The integration must support automated data exchange for property parcels, property details, districts, leases, billing records, and related datasets, including configurable publishing rules, metadata management, audit tracking, API–based connectivity, and data validation to ensure accurate, timely, compliant, and publicly accessible information dissemination and retention.– Provide cloud production environment to host production application and data and perform go–live testing functionalities.– Provide application support issue/request/information ticketing and tracking online portal.– Provide configurable dashboards and user personalization.– Functionality for tenants to review account information, invoices, and make single–time and to schedule recurrent payments through a web portal.– Provide application functionality to dynamically create, manage, and apply different currency rates across all modules e.g. (USD, etc.).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
