Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services.– Consultant will coordinate directly with the superintendent, or his designee, as the assigned project leader, and the consultant will be available through the contract period for consultation and support in preparing, reporting, and completing the following tasks:– Contribute ideas for consideration during the planning process– Develop and implement a needs assessment with profiles and outcomes– Collaborate with staff, students and the community to revise the District's mission statement and vision– Identifies and create an inventory of current and existing services offered by the District and provide a matrix of any other available services. – Develop a gap analysis of existing services and programs that includes any unmet needs and provide recommendations and measurable outcomes. – Produce a strategic plan that includes goals/priorities, strategies and performance indicators.– Outreach in in–person sessions and/or surveys with staff, students (4th–8th grade) parents (multilingual capabilities), business partners
