Collection of Unpaid Accounts for EMS - Re-Solicit

Notice is hereby given that the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for contractors to promptly undertake, through ethical and lawful means, the collection of the accounts referred from Escambia County EMS, with particular attention to the Consumer Credit Protection Act, The Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Fair Debt Collection Protection Act, The Medical Debt Relief Act (pending approval from Congress), and all other laws applicable to this type of activity.
