(1) Vendor needs to provide qualified environmental professional services to the government authority located in Concord, NH.– Provide technical services to facilitate the remediation of hazardous building materials existing in the historic Stables Building.– Provide overall project management including quality assurance/quality control procedures, schedule and risk management, and coordination of all project activities.– This includes conducting progress meetings with City staff and maintaining detailed action item tracking systems.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.
