(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in South Padre Island, TX. – Provide nondiscretionary portfolio management services for the city’s investment portfolio.– Assist in developing and implementing investment strategies that will enhance portfolio performance under current and anticipated changes in market conditions within the parameters of established investment policies and cash flow needs.– Provide non–discretionary management of the city’s investment portfolio by acting solely in an advisory and administrative capacity within the guidelines.– Provide timely assessments of the fixed income market.– Assist with cash flow modeling to enhance investment strategies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
