EXTRA-76809 - USA (Lacey, Washington) - Treatment System Operations and Maintenance Service - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide treatment system operations and maintenance service to the government authority located in Lacey, WA. – This operations and maintenance scope is specifically for the groundwater treatment system in the agency and groundwater monitoring wells located on the site. • Routine operations and maintenance:– Operate and maintain the treatment system according to manufacturer’s specifications.• Non–routine maintenance/repairs: – Provide non–routine maintenance services, including major repairs and/or both planned/necessary or unplanned replacements related to the treatment system. • Compliance monitoring: – Conduct compliance monitoring in conjunction with operation of the water treatment system (compliance and performance monitoring) and for the duration of the project to monitor groundwater concentrations as part of the interim action.• Groundwater monitoring: – Conduct quarterly groundwater monitoring events for the 7–year duration of the project.• Reporting: Project reporting under this task includes preparation and submittal of the following reports, attending progress update calls with agency and uploading data to agency’s Environmental Information Management (EIM) database.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
