Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Watertown, NY.• Attorneys or law firms, preferably located within county, to provide legal services.• Review law enforcement referrals and supporting documentation related to proceedings;• Prepare and file petitions and related legal documents;• Provide such additional services as may be necessary to accomplish the foregoing.• Negotiate resolutions and dispositions when appropriate;• Review of municipal code and ordinance violation cases referred by the Watertown Police Department;• Prepare accusatory instruments, appearance tickets, pleadings, motions, and related legaldocuments;• Be available to respond to time–sensitive matters as necessary;• Maintain professional liability insurance;• Coordinate effectively with City staff and representatives
