DRA-11136 - USA (Washington) - Survey Implementation Services - Budget - Approximately 460,000 USD - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide survey implementation services to the government authority located in Washington.– Prepare, collect, and process data for a population–based survey about behavioral health needs and access for a random probability sample of non–institutionalized County– Design, development, and review of survey instrument in partnership with the County– Identify, develop, and implement strategies for appropriate selection of a probability sample in partnership– Identify, develop, and implement strategies for survey fielding and administration in partnership with the County– Develop a data analysis plan and conduct minimum survey analysis. A comprehensive survey report summarizing key findings and describing methods used for survey design, sampling, fielding, and analysis is expected, including a clear description of limitations.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
