(1) Vendor needs to provide invoice tracking system (ITS).– ITS will allow for an invoice to be tracked from in–progress to paid status.– Basic functions of ITS will be to log, assign, archive, and update payment status and track outstanding unpaid invoices in one automated environment.– include archiving, data entry, navigation, configuration and security and roles.– Capable of letting the operator attach multiple attachments to an invoice, such as emails, supporting documentation, disputes, etc.– Capable of searching the archive for an invoice based on invoice number, PO number, amount, assigned AP Tech, or vendor name.– Allow for the configuration of a home screen upon logging. home screen should have links for users looking to log invoices, view invoices, search invoices, reporting, and view invoices assigned to the user.– Ability to flag invoices that have an invoice amount over a set threshold.(3) All questions had been submitted no later than July 13,2026.
