(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial building construction repairs and improvements services to the government authority located in Delray Beach, FL.– Repairs or restoration and improvements of all interior and exterior spaces as outlined in the approved set of construction documents.– Repairing flooring substrate, installing new tile flooring, replacing damaged or missing wood flooring planks, and restoration of wood floors by sanding or buffing to proper finish.– Installing missing, removed, and new walls, and removing other unnecessary walls.– Adding or removing electrical outlets, switches, and boxes.– Modifying existing HVAC system with fresh air intake and exhaust fans.– Adding a breakroom kitchen with cabinets, sink, water fountain, and minimal appliances.– Restoring ADA restroom walls, floor, ceiling, and fixtures.– Exterior doors: Removing one altogether and replacing another.– Roof soffit repairs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) Voluntary pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026.
