FOOD-11126 - USA (Lyons, New York) - Dietician and Nutritionist Services - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dietician and nutritionist services to the government authority located in Lyons, NY.• Plan or review regular menus for the program in accordance with the program plan (cycle of five weeks). Certify that the meals meet program requirements as defined in the applicable regulations.• Consult with program subcontractors regarding recipes, food purchasing, quality and quantity control, and food handling. Make recommendations for commissary efficiency, inventory control, equipment purchase, efficient operation, and maintenance.• Maintain approved menus and recipes in the required online database.• Participate in ride–alongs as needed on home delivered meal routes to assist and advise on temperature issues.• Prepare monthly nutrition education for home delivered meals and the senior centers programs.• Monitor compliance with state and federal nutrition standards, including production site visits, temperature logs, food safety procedures, etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
