(1) Vendor needs to provide security upgrade services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Design/Build Entity shall evaluate the complete access–control pathway at applicable locations, including the physical opening and door assembly; frame; hinges and door hardware; locking and latching hardware; electronic locking components; request–to–exit and door–position monitoring; credential readers; controllers and associated panels; power supplies and backup power; cabling and communications pathways; network connectivity; interfaces with life–safety systems; mechanical key and override capability; and the software and system architecture supporting operation, monitoring, administration, and emergency control.– System shall be designed around both routine campus operations and emergency security operations(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
