(1) Vendor needs to provide overhead variable message sign installation service. – Replace the existing banner system with modern full‑color LED Variable Message Signs (VMS). – Provide and install two new full‑color LED VMS units with centralized communications capability and remote, real‑time messaging functionality.• Remove and properly dispose of the existing banner poles, hardware, and all associated components.• Furnish and install new caissons and foundations in accordance with engineered requirements.• Furnish and install new poles and mast arms designed to support the VMS units.• Furnish and install two (2) new full‑color LED Variable Message Signs. • Furnish and install the new control cabinet, communications equipment, and associated hardware.• Perform directional boring and install electrical service from the existing transformer to the new control cabinet.• Perform directional boring and install fiber communications to the new control cabinet.• Complete system testing, integration, and commissioning of the full VMS system to ensure operability and communication functionality.• Restore all disturbed areas to pre‑construction condition or better, including cleanup and disposal of materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
