(1) Vendor needs to provide internal audit service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – The successful respondent must be responsible for organizing, managing, and implementing all aspects of the internal audit function at including preparing an annual risk assessment, internal audit plan, and internal audit annual report; conducting periodic audits and producing audit reports; and communicating.– Provide certified financial statements for the current fiscal year to date and the immediate past fiscal year.– Producing drafts and final reports of periodic audits, the annual Internal Audit Report, and periodic status updates.– Performing special audits or consultations outside of the scope of the originally approved internal audit plan if approved.– Internal auditor and provide internal audit services as specified.– Developing annual internal audit plan.        (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
