DRA-11612 - USA (Fountain, Colorado) - Professional Land Surveying Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional land surveying services to the government authority located in Fountain, CO. – Topographical Mapping:• Land surveying services furnished under this task will be mapping existing conditions for design engineering firms preparing construction plans and bidding documents for capital improvement projects. • Electronic topographic mapping will be required in either Autodesk Civil3D or Microstation Software as required by the city on a project–by–project basis which must have the ability to be incorporated into the city’s GIS software applications.– Preparation of Easement Documentation:• Land surveying services furnished under this task will be to prepare the legal descriptions and graphic representations of easements for drainage and utility installations as part of grants of easement for recordation. – Boundary Surveying Services:• Land surveying services furnished under this task will be to research and analyze historic survey documentation to determine existing and proposed right–of–way, and property boundaries.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
