SURG-5813 - USA (California) - BrainBrew Intranasal Drug and Delivery Device - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide BrainBrew intranasal drug and delivery device to the government authority located in California. – Services to be provided include but are not limited to:• Phase 1: Concept & Feasibility of both device and drug• Phase 2: Device Engineering & Design for Manufacturing (DFM) together with Drug Qualification and Formulation• Phase 3: Prototype Development, Testing & Manufacturing, labeling and packaging of 15 device–drug combinations.– Supplier shall design and prototype both an intranasal drug–delivery device and qualify and formulate the nutraceutical aqueous small molecule drug source for testing.– provide end–to–end development services for the combination of an intranasal drug–delivery device paired with the formulation and qualification of the Cognic–E nutraceutical drug.• Production of 15 functional GMP prototypes for bench testing, formulation compatibility, reproducibility, and user–handling studies(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
