(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering consultants services to the government authority located in Issaquah, WA.– These services may be in support of larger capital project efforts or may fill one–time engineering needs. • Structural feasibility studies.• Existing structure evaluations.• Structural risk assessments.• Seismic screening.• Structural rehabilitation evaluations & recommendations.• Bridge inspections (vehicular and pedestrian) & rehabilitation recommendations.• Wall evaluations, inspections, & recommendations.• Emergency repairs and recommendations.• Design of foundations and structures (i.e.– park shelters, restroom buildings, playgrounds, custom design elements, storage & equipment buildings, paving).• Paving, roadways, driveways, alternative paving materials.• Pedestrian and vehicular bridges (wood, steel, composite).• Retaining walls (cast in place, rockery, soldier pile, etc.).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
