(1) Vendor needs to provide professional accounting services to the government authority located in Hurley, NY.         – Certified public accounting firms to provide municipal accounting services and financial reporting assistance.– Review of accounting entries and financial transactions prepared.– Review of year–end financial records to ensure balances are properly reconciled and reported.– Consultation regarding municipal accounting practices and compliance with applicable.– Review and reconciliation of capital reserve accounts and related transactions.– Provide accounting review, consultation, and year–end financial reporting services.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
