(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system. – Provide Case Management Software and related services that will increase office efficiency, improve services, and maintain public and private access to the court.• Any solution must be compatible with Windows 11, version 25H2, client computers.• If a web browser is required, the solution must work with MS Edge, Google Chrome, or Safari (for Apple devices only)• On–premises servers will need to have the ability to run in a virtual environment, whether internal or cloud based• Timely software modifications released for compliance with legislative changes as well as enhancements and fixes to software issues.• Ability to run on a Windows Server 2022 or newer and SQL Server 2022 or newer on premises.• Must have the functionality to control/limit user access and rights.• Available imaging platform• Ability to integrate with USPS approved certified mailer software• Storage of demographic information for multiple attorneys and parties related to a case.• Ability to track and export data for Supreme Court Report Reporting.• Ability to track payments from multiple payers on one case and automated past due notices.• Notes file, and comments screen (preferably internal only) for each case.• Tickler File• Alert Feature (i.e. display a notification when there is an outstanding warrant on a case)• Auto forms generation functionality.• Ability to create, export, save and print reports• Ability to create an interface to accept traffic citations electronically from the Department.• Court Calendar for scheduling and tracking court hearings.• Ability to host public docket online with corresponding images from document management system(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
