ESTATE-11980 - USA (Hawaii) - Real Estate Appraisal Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate appraisal services to the government authority located in HI.– Professional real property appraisal services to support implementation of the strategic voluntary mitigation buyout program.– Personal inspection of each property interest, documentation of owner notification and participation, and preparation of an appraisal report suitable for review and consistent with the Program’s post–disaster fair market value methodology.– Appraisal reports must include sufficient analysis, data, maps, exhibits, assumptions, certifications, and consideration of any known cultural, historic, archaeological, or culturally significant sites or resources that may influence property use, restrictions, marketability, or value, to support the valuation conclusions and enable meaningful review.– Provide the appraiser with available project information necessary to complete the assignment, including owner contact information, property address, title information, available lease documents, and other relevant materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.
