(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services for fire station to the government authority located in Bulloch, GA.1. Design Plan Preparation & Civil Scope• Develop detailed, comprehensive civil design plans for all three project phases within a single, unified plan set.• Perform geometric, site layout, and structural cross–section designs engineered specifically to support heavy Fire & EMS vehicle loads.• Conduct necessary hydraulic and hydrology calculations to design effective stormwater drainage and site conveyance systems.• Ensure all construction drawings strictly comply with local ordinances.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
