The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside University Health Systems Information Services Department is soliciting quotations for Wayfinding Application Services as detailed in this RFQ. The Agency is seeking proposals for the design and implementation of a comprehensive Wayfinding system to improve navigation and user experience across its facilities and surrounding areas. The County is seeking a digital indoor wayfinding and location services solution for RUHS facilities. The solution shall support indoor mapping, positioning, routing, search, mobile and web-based navigation, hardware required for indoor positioning, administrative map/content management, and integration capabilities. Bidders should describe how they apply user-centered design principles, conduct site and user analysis, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. The solution should integrate physical and digital components through a centralized, flexible platform capable of supporting real-time updates, event-based changes, and future expansion. Proposals should outline an implementation approach that includes assessment, design, fabrication, and phased deployment, as well as long-term considerations such as durability, maintenance, scalability, and ongoing support. The system should be adaptable, easy to manage, and capable of evolving with the Agency’s operational and technological needs. This workbook provides a structured response format for vendors to submit pricing and assumptions for digital wayfinding services. It is intended to make submissions comparable by requiring vendors to identify software, professional services, hardware, and system support costs separately.
