Vendor needs to provide comprehensive medical services to the government authority located in Morristown, NJ. 1. Category 1 – General agency services:• Post–offer physicals/ pre–academy and academy physicals: The following tests shall be performed: vision test, hearing test, blood pressure and pulse, collection of urine specimen for drug screening and urinalysis.• Hepatitis B vaccinations.• Non–job related/medical clearance • Respiratory screening2. Category 2 – Law and public safety services• Each ambulance service that provides emergency response shall utilize the services of a medical advisor.• The medical director shall be responsible for all medical matters that affect the program, itspersonnel and its vehicles.• Medical director services shall include providing medical direction for ambulance services providing emergency response.• Providing medical consultation, as well as medical quality assurance oversight regarding the administration of agency services.• Telecommunicators may be required to provide Pre–Arrival instructions (PAIs) and determine the need for Advance Life Support (ALS) assignment.
