(1) Vendor needs to provide speech and language services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide speech and language services, assessments and training services as needed by the district in providing the services.– Design and implement therapy service or evaluations, including teacher consultation services and home programs, appropriate to meet the need of the individual students as determined by the Individualized Education Programs (IEP) Committee for each student for whom service is provided according to the state and federal regulations and within professional ethics for speech and language services.– Perform speech and language services in accord with the applicable standard of care.– Provide progress reports on the treatment of student, Medicaid documentation, or other evaluation reports as may be appropriate or required for each student.(2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
